1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or commissioning a custom piece from The Perfect Cut Diamond Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our published Policies.
2. Custom Design & Production Authorization
- Production begins only after the client has formally approved the design specifications, center stone details, metal selection, and ring size.
- Any changes requested after design confirmation and deposit payment may result in additional material/labor costs and extended lead times.
- Each piece is custom-made. Minor variations in prong placement, metal finish, or millimeter dimensions are natural characteristics of bespoke fine jewelry.
3. Payment & Non-Refundable Deposit
- A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to begin sourcing and casting.
- The remaining 75% balance must be settled in full prior to shipping or scheduled in-person pickup.
- Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all deposits, installments, and completed purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Pricing, Diamonds & Sizing
- Quotes are valid for 7 days due to market fluctuations in precious metals and loose diamond availability.
- In the rare event of a typographical or pricing error on our site or quote, we reserve the right to correct the error prior to accepting your deposit.
- We create your ring to the exact size requested during consultation. Resizing requests after delivery may be subject to a standard jeweler bench fee depending on the setting style (e.g., eternity bands).
5. Shipping, Transit & Risk of Loss
- All shipped orders are sent via fully insured, tracked courier services.
- An adult signature is strictly required upon delivery. Risk of loss passes to the client once delivery is completed and signed for at the designated address.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom 3D CAD models, renderings, jewelry designs, logos, imagery, and text created by The Perfect Cut Diamond Co. remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Perfect Cut Diamond Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, carrier delivery delays, or normal wear-and-tear (such as chipped stones, bent prongs from trauma, or chemical damage) incurred after delivery.
