 Consultations & Appointments

•  All design consultations (in-person or virtual) are 100% free with zero purchase obligation.
•  You don't need to send anything prior to your appointment, but please have your reference photos, Pinterest boards, or design notes ready for our meeting so we can jump straight into your vision.
• If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
•  Appointments are set for 45 minutes. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so you receive the dedicated time your piece deserves.

Deposits & Payment

•  Once your custom ring design is finalized, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin manufacturing. This deposit applies directly toward your final balance.
• The remaining 75% balance must be paid in full prior to final pickup or insured delivery.

Returns & Final Sale

• Because every ring is custom-crafted to individual specifications, all custom rings, settings, and diamond orders are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
• We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you notice any manufacturing defect upon receiving your ring, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

Production & Delivery

• Custom production typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from the date of deposit and final design approval.
• All shipped pieces are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. In-person pickup options are also available upon request.
