All initial appointments (in-person or virtual) are 100% complimentary with zero purchase obligation.
You do not need to submit anything in advance, but please have your reference photos, Pinterest boards, or design notes ready to share during our meeting so we can dive straight into your ideas.
During your session, we will discuss your preferences, lifestyle, and diamond requirements to pinpoint the ideal custom setting and production plan.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment.
Consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so you receive the full, dedicated time your design deserves.
A video link will be sent in your confirmation email. Please join from a quiet space with a stable connection so we can easily review photos and design details together.
